Commented Unassigned: Twitter importer still not working [25189]

I have the latest version of NodeXL (downloaded today, 4/14). The Twitter spigot is not working. On one computer, it simply stops importing after a while and leaves the spreadsheet empty. On another, it says "Part of the network you requested was obtained by there was a problem getting the rest of the network". When I click on details, he says "The Twitter Web service refused to provide the requested information".

I know this was an issue in January, but I have version 1.0.1.25 and it still isn't working for me.

Any advice?

This is happening in the twitter import user's network option. I've tried it a bunch of times over the last couple days and it always fails. I'm trying this for user hopper_dog. I've tried it with a 1.5 degree network with edges for "follower/following" and with vertices for either "person following the user" or "both". It's failed on both of those. I've authorized it from two different accounts and it keeps failing.
