Commented Unassigned: Problem in authorising Node XL to my Twitter account [25353]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been working with NodeXL for eight months. I have a Twitter account and I had authorized NodeXL to use my account to import twitter networks. It was working very well previously and I have been collecting data using “import from Twitter Search Network” option.

Now, it does not work anymore. When I am attempting to import twitter data, it indicated that NodeXL was not authorised to use my Twitter account. The radio buttons had only one option: "I have a Twitter account, but I have not yet authorized NodeXL to use my account.....Take me to Twitter authorization web page."

When I did this to try to authorise NodeXL, instead of opening the authorisation webpage, I received an application error as follows:

“An unhandled exception occurred in your application. Contact your administrator or the author of this document for further assistance.”

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Application not found.

I'm using the latest version of NodeXL. Reinstalling did not work. I have tried another twitter account as well but the same problem has occurred.
