Based on the error message you posted, I see that you have an older version of NodeXL installed on your computer. So if you want to replace your older version with the latest version, you have to do this:

1. Uninstall the older version. Instructions for doing so can be found at http://nodexl.codeplex.com/discussions/522821 .
   
2. Install the latest version, which can be found at http://nodexl.codeplex.com/releases .
   

If you don't want to bother with this, you don't have to. Your older version will continue to work.
