Twitter makes limiting queries to a geographic or national region difficult via the API.
We recommend that using local language and regional terms and topics of interest is one way to extract content that is mostly from a general place.
Some crude distinctions can be made by referencing the Time Zone attribute displayed in the NodeXL Vertices worksheet. You can filter using this column, or via the Autofill Columns feature, or the Graph Pane> Dynamic Filters feature.
