I would love to help but I'm not able to enclose to much information.
The info I got from my college is that he removed the authentication for the domain and it only worked on the proxy that had Kerberos, not on the one with NTLM.

I would still advice you to make an offline installer for enterprise though, why is it that you do not have that?
If you had an MSI or something, we would be able to push it out through SCCM as well.
