Commented Unassigned: Error message: The customization assembly could not be found or could not be loaded. You can..." and no NodeXL tab is shown, No detail [24831]

Hi, For my purpose (Network Analysis on Twitter), I found this great tool!

However, I am having the issue shown that "Error message: The customization assembly could not be found or could not be loaded. You can..." and no NodeXL tab is shown.

I have read the similar issues on this issue board and updated the configuration such as Trusted directory but in vain. Actually there is no information when I click the "Details" button. (Attached)

So I'm assuming there is the competency with the other add-in but not sure.
Does anybody know how to find which add-in is affecting to the NodeXL loading?

My current Excel add-ins are as follows.
-Premium Solver V12.5
-XY Chart Labels
-Radian 6 plug-in
-Risk Solver Platform
-Oracle Crystal ball

Any advice will be appreciated.. Thanks

I'm having the exact same error, with no details on the dialog box. "The customization assembly could not be found or could not be loaded. You can still edit and save the document. Contact your administrator or the author of this document for further assistance."

Tried safe mode on Excel and it didn't help either.

Running on a Windows 8.1 (64bit), Office 2010.
