New Post: Exporting Twitter Data for a Specific Location

Hi! I am trying to download Twitter data with respect to a specific hashtag but only in Pennsylvania. The 'Near' operator isn't working and I can't figure out the syntax for the search function in the program to restrict the search to a specific location - can you help?
