Thank you for the interest in NodeXL!
The Twitter API governs the order in which records are returned to NodeXL.
Our observations suggest that up to a maximum of 2000 of the most recent followers can be extracted.
It looks like reverse chronological order.
I do not think they are either random now the most active followers.
