Sorry to hear that NodeXL Pro has not installed properly on your system.
Please email directly to schedule a time to troubleshoot your issue.
Please also consider installing Team Viewer 11 prior to our session to enable remote troubleshooting.
You may want to try uninstalling NodeXL Pro from the Control Panel and then reinstalling it. Please also remove the existing License Key and copy the key from the original email back onto a local part of the file system.
