Yes I get a similar error from the YouTube:

The network couldn’t be obtained. Details:

[WebException]: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required

I’m not sure if this is relevant, but in my Internet Explorer LAN Settings, they use an automatic configuration script.
