Created Unassigned: Microsoft 2007/2010 install issues [24708]

Hi - I'm trying to install the latest version of NodeXL and have downloaded and unzipped the files. When I 'run' the installer, the message I get each time is "Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies: Please install Microsoft Office 2007 before installing this product". I have Microsoft Office Pro 2010 on my computer - but from what I've read of the NodeXL info, it should run on Office 2010. I have updated Office 2010 and tried again, but I just get the same message each time. I looked through previous posts about issues with Office 2010 and none seemed to have the same issue. Would really appreciate help.
