I was trying to install node on my laptop running Windows 8.1, with office 365. I keep receiving this error and I am at a loss.

There is one more thing to try. In Windows Explorer, please enter this into the address bar:

%localappdata%\apps

A folder named "2.0" should appear in the Explorer window. Rename the folder from "2.0" to "2.0.old", then try running the NodeXL setup program again.
