Hello! Thank you for the interest in NodeXL!
NodeXL can report data about Twitter users. Twitter provides a range of metadata elements like Latitude, longitude, "location", and Time Zone.
Longitude and Latitude are present in a small minority of Tweets. When present we report them in the NodeXL workbook.
Location is a (sometimes) user provided text self description that often is not canonical in any way (i.e. "location: Here, Earth, etc..").
Time zone is the offset from GMT-0 in seconds.
None of these data elements is guaranteed to be populated or accurate.
Regards,
Marc
