the error message I see is: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.

Either you are using a proxy and the proxy server doesn't allow you to access www.nodexlgraphgallery.org or your machine (or network administrator) doesn't allow that. Try to enter this URL in your browser www.nodexlgraphgallery.org.
