New Post: Import from Facebook Fan Page

Is this a large network you are requesting from Twitter? The message appears to be saying that your computer doesn't have enough memory to import such a large network.

There are a few things you can do to try to fix this problem, starting with easiest first:

1. Close all programs, including Excel, then run only NodeXL again. That might free up enough memory to do the import.
   
2. Restart your computer, then run only NodeXL again.
   
3. If you are using VMWare or Parallels on a Mac, tell VMWare or Parallels to assign more memory to the Windows virtual computer.
   
4. Install more memory in your computer.
