New Post: Accessing and using Twitter 'Firehose' extracts

Has anybody any experience of accessing Twitter datasets from one of the big 'firehose' providers and using them with NodeXL?

I have a client who forgot to let anybody know they were running a social media experiment and so did not set themselves up to capture the data as they went along (7 day twitter search API limitations). I said I would ask round to see if anyone had ever accessed a dataset from one of the firehose providers and subsequently if they had, how they brought it into NodeXL.

Any suggestions?
